We cater for your individual allergies at breakfast as well as in the rooms.

Please let us know when you book so that we can prepare everything for you in advance. All our rooms are equipped with bed linen for allergy sufferers.

Gluten and lactose-free food is also available at breakfast on request.

Arrival: Check-in is guaranteed from 15:00. Early check-in free of charge subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in from 10:00 a.m. can be booked for € 70,- subject to availability.

Departure: Check-out is 12:00 noon. Late check-out is possible for 40,- (until max. 15.00 hrs) subject to availability

Our hotel is located directly on the A5, 2 minutes from the Rust exit. We offer the following hotel parking spaces:

Outdoor parking: € 10,- per vehicle and night

Underground parking garage: € 15,- per car and night

Parking Lodge: 1 parking space is already included in the lodge overnight stay

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Ringsheim train station is just a few minutes„ walk away. The bus 7231 takes you within 5 minutes from our hotel to the Rulantica water park and within 15 minutes to the Europapark. The bus stop “Herbolzheimer Strasse" is 1 minute from the hotel entrance.

Our fitness room offers a range of equipment for cardio, strength and balance training. Open daily from 06:00-22:00. Please note that children and young people under the age of 16 may only exercise under supervision.

Since 01.01.2019, the municipality of Rinsgheim has levied 4% of the net overnight price of private travel as a tax to promote the tourist infrastructure.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas of the hotel and the bungalows.

Smoking is permitted on the balconies/terraces and in front of the hotel entrance.

Our small children's playground is available from 06:00-22:00 under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We offer different conditions depending on the room rate you have booked. Details can be found in the booking description and on your reservation confirmation.

Our delicious breakfast buffet is available Monday-Friday from 06:30-10:00 and on weekends and public holidays from 07:00-11:00.

Tuesdays to Saturdays from 17:00-23:00, in summer on the terrace until 22:00.

We are happy to provide you with a baby crib free of charge on request during your stay.

When you book one of our rooms/bungalows, the following is included in the price: 2 bottles of water, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, free use of the gym, selected body care products in the bathroom, slippers on request.

The Voyager and Explorer units are sold as a unit. There are therefore no surcharges for individual occupancy.

The prices of the Adventure Lodges are the same for 1-4 guests, from the 5th or 6th person we charge a surcharge.
